Frequently asked questions
Do you shoot images with props in them?
Yes! However not all props are created equal, and each requires some custom thinking. Please contact us with specific questions.
Do you shoot images with models in them?
Yes! The price depends on the nature of the product and model fees. Please contact us for a quote.
How do I ship my product to you?
We are ok with USPS, UPS, FexEx, DHL or a simple drop-off.
However, please contact us and make sure your order went through before shipping anything. We are not responsible for shipping charges.
How do I get my product back?
If you want your product back, you MUST pay for return shipping. We are holding your products for 2 weeks after the date of the shoot. After two weeks, we dispose of all unclaimed products at our discretion.
Do you have a mannequin?
So far, we only have a mannequin hand (for bracelets). If we see a demand for it, we'll get a full mannequin instantly.
Do I need to be in California?
No! Because of our business model, we are able to work with clients from all over the world.
Why are your prices so low?
We streamlined the whole process in order to minimize the time we spend on processing your orders. This way we reduce the overhead and become more efficient. This would be impossible without your cooperation, thank you!
What gear do you use?
It's not the camera that matters, it's the people behind it :). But if you insist:
